1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Accounts Hub, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Each user may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. Marketplace Rules

For Buyers:

  • All purchases are final unless the product is proven to be defective or not as described.
  • Buyers must verify product details before completing a purchase.
  • Dispute resolution is available through the platform's support system.

For Sellers:

  • All products must be accurately described and must comply with platform guidelines.
  • Products are subject to admin review and approval before listing.
  • Sellers must maintain valid product files and ensure instant delivery capability.
  • Fraudulent or misleading listings will result in account suspension.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

  • All monetary transactions are processed in USD (USDT equivalent).
  • A platform commission is deducted from each transaction as displayed during checkout.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount is $50 USDT.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed after admin review and verification.
  • Funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

5. Seller Ranks & Insurance

  • Seller ranks determine commission rates and platform privileges.
  • Insurance balance is required to maintain certain rank levels.
  • Rank upgrades require manual payment verification by administrators.
  • Accounts Hub reserves the right to adjust rank requirements at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Selling stolen, hacked, or illegally obtained accounts or products.
  • Attempting to bypass platform security or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Engaging in chargebacks, payment fraud, or money laundering.
  • Harassing other users, admins, or support staff.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.

7. Termination

Accounts Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. Remaining balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud or terms violation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Accounts Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or accuracy of products listed by sellers.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
